Mesmerize, a prominent out-of-home media company specializing in providing patient education at the point-of-care, announced in July its acquisition of Pharmacy Health Network (PHN), the only out-of-home digital network dedicated to retail pharmacies.
With digital screens in over 1,100 pharmacies nationwide, the network enables advertisers to repurpose traditional TV spots to reach both patients waiting to fill their prescriptions and general shoppers right before the point of purchase.
The acquisition also kickstarts Mesmerize’s development of digital screens in specialty doctors' offices and community-based organizations where they currently have static media. The network will offer even more high-impact options for their partners as Mesmerize continues to provide patient education at the point of care in 2020.
