Adapt Media, an agile place-based Out-Of-Home provider, today touts its hiring of two industry superstars to bolster its sales acumen.

Adam Mills, Chameleon Digital Media’s new Director of Sales and Partnership, comes to the company with an encyclopedic knowledge of digital and cannabis marketing. Adam’s expertise was honed through executive level stints at Omnicom, Group M, Publicis, and IPG. He’s also perfectly placed at CannaAds, Chameleon’s fledgling cannabis marketing agency, given his three years furthering the titan-like Canopy Growth brand.

Charles Vachon, Adapt’s newest Senior Account Executive has spent a lifetime warring in the OOH media sales trenches. That career has been marked by promotion upon promotion through to the most senior ranks at Pattison and Captivate. In recent years, he’s augmented his sales savoir faire with voiceover work, compelling content creation, and a flourishing artistic career.

Amanda Newell, Adapt Media’s Chief Revenue Officer, muses that, “A company is only as good as its talent and Adam and Charles, with their natural propensity to collaborate with and learn from their client partners, are poised to propel Adapt and Chameleon to the loftiest heights. I’ll greatly look forward to watching them from the wings and applauding their every success.”
